Monumental statue of Strasbourg adorned with garlands and French flags, located at Place de la Concorde in Paris. Printed text at the top: 'The Statue of Strasbourg Place de la Concorde'. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence dated 3/11/1918 addressed to Monsieur Bonne Selmo in Comos, noting that foreign countries do not accept correspondence on the front.
