View of the Strasbourg statue at Place de la Concorde in Paris, adorned with garlands and a large tricolor banner. Two green 5-centime stamps and one red 10-centime stamp are affixed. The reverse side features handwritten correspondence dated February 12, 1914, addressed to a 'Dear Sister,' mentioning a trip and an improvement in health.
