Description

View of the Saint-Jacques Tower in Paris, with a lively street of pedestrians, carriages, and a cyclist. Printed text at the bottom: 'PARIS. - LA TOUR S' JACQUES'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter to 'My dear Sister', mentioning a visit with 'the little Paulinille' and 'the Easter children'. The address is to Madame Henri Magnin in Clermont-Ferrand. Two 5-centime green stamps are affixed, canceled with a 'CARCASSONNE' postmark dated September 14, 1909.
