View of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, with inscription indicating its height (45m), its construction started in 1806, resumed in 1824, completed under Louis-Philippe in 1836, and the high reliefs depicting the Triumph (Cortot) and the Departure (Rude). Green 5 centimes French Republic stamp, postmarked. Reverse: handwritten address to Vézigny (Puy-de-Dôme), postmark from Puy-de-Dôme dated 28-11-1912, and mention 'Correspondance' with a warning about correspondence on the front.
