Description

View of the Arc de Triomphe de la Victoire in Paris, on the Place du Carrousel, with pedestrians and surrounding buildings. The reverse bears handwritten correspondence dated June 28, 1909, sent from Paris to Algiers, addressed to Marcelle Fauque, a poster printer, with a 30-centime French postage stamp and a Vaugirard cancellation.
