Colorized postcard depicting the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel in Paris, with equestrian sculptures at the top and reliefs adorning the pillars. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Gogliard at the Sub-Prefecture of Dijon, dated 17.9.27, with a 25 centimes postage stamp and a postmark from Reims.
