Description

View of the Grand Palais in Paris, a monumental building with a glass roof and colonnades, in front of which stand two men in period costume. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Mademoiselle Élise Conquinet in Château Chiron, with a postmark from Château-Gaillard. A red 10 centimes 'République' stamp is affixed at the top right.
