View of the Grand Palais in Paris, with its imposing glass dome and columns, surrounded by trees and a few passersby. On the reverse, a handwritten inscription dated January 1, 1916, addressed to 'Gérard F. Cadan' in Saint-Flour (Loire), with a postmark from Saint-Flour dated February 2, 1916.
