View of the Palais Bourbon in Paris, with its columns and sculpted pediment, framed by two seated statues. The reverse has a handwritten address to Madame Louise at Mr. L. Boulanger's in Mayenne, a green 5 centime stamp, and a cancellation stamp from Saint-Pierre-sur-Dives dated 17-10-1906.
