Interior view of the tomb of Napoleon I within the church of the Invalides, surrounded by statues and a marble floor with geometric patterns. The reverse features a handwritten letter from E. Lefebvre, a sergeant in the General Staff of the artillery brigade, addressed to a 'dear Paiton', mentioning his service with the 54th and his return to Paris.
