Description

View of Paris City Hall in Renaissance style, with inscription indicating the laying of the first stone in 1593, its destruction in 1871 and its reconstruction from 1876 to 1884 by architects Ballu and Deperthes. The reverse bears a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Blouin, with a mention of the publisher 'E.D.' and a postal stamp 'CNP'.
