Description

View of the City Hall in Paris, with inscription indicating the laying of the first stone in 1870, the destroyed complement in 1881, and the reconstruction from 1876 to 1884 by architects Ballu and Deperthes in the Renaissance style. The reverse bears a handwritten correspondence dated April 9, 1919, addressed to a person named Marie, with a partially legible address.
