Description

View of the City Hall of Paris, with inscription indicating the laying of the first stone in 1593, its destruction in 1871 and its reconstruction from 1876 to 1884 by architects Ballu and Deperthes in the Renaissance style. The reverse presents a handwritten correspondence dated 15/3/1911, a partial cancellation and a 1911 stamp, with traces of glue and tears.
