View of the City Hall of Paris, an imposing Haussmann-style building with ornate roofs and richly detailed façade. In the foreground, a lively square with pedestrians, fiacres, and a cyclist. Reverse: postcard sent in 1917 from Paris to Cremona (Italy), with a 10-centime French postage stamp and postmark 'PARIS 18 JUILLET 1917'. Handwritten message addressed to 'Monsieur Achille Rusa' in Cremona, mentioning memories of Paris and 'small pleasures'.
