View of the ogival façade of the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, built between 1163 and 1315 and restored between 1845 and 1857 by Viollet-le-Duc. Printed text in French and English on the front. Reverse: handwritten correspondence addressed to a young lady in Château-Gaillard, with a 25-centime postage stamp and cancellation.
