Description

View of the façade of Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, with its two towers and large rosary, dated around 1916. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated December 10, 1916, addressed to a 'dear niece,' mentioning a regiment and an address in Châlons-sur-Marne. The reverse bears the inscription 'CARTE POSTALE' and a note stating 'Correspondence on the front is not accepted by all foreign countries.'
