Black and white view of the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, with its bell tower and Gothic facades reflected in the water. The reverse bears a handwritten letter dated September 20, 1953, sent from Paris to Guingamp (Côtes-du-Nord), with a 12-centime stamp and a Paris postmark.
