Black and white view of the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, with its Gothic spire and visible work on the towers, reflected in the Seine where a flat-bottomed boat is navigating. On the reverse, handwritten address to Madame Paulette at Durancourt in Asnières-sur-Mer, 12 franc postal stamp, and postmark from Paris dated August 28, 1953.
