View of the Observatory of the Parc Montsouris in Paris, building adorned with domes and balconies, with an inscription at the top indicating the location. On the reverse, a green 7-centime stamp, original postmark from Ligny-en-Barrois dated July 19, 1917, and handwritten address to Mr. Louis Ligier in Strasbourg.
