Description

Black and white view of the Palace of the Louvre, with its neoclassical façade and columns, bordered by a metal fence. On the reverse, a handwritten inscription indicates the destination address to Paullette Caville in Adelès, with a handwritten date '29 May'. The 20-centime postmark is canceled with a circular stamp 'PARIS 1 - PALAIS DU LOUVRE - LA COLONNADE'.
