View of the Rotunda in Paris, at Parc Monceau, with its dome and colonnades, surrounded by bare trees and pedestrians and vehicles of the era. On the reverse, a green 10-centime stamp, Paris postmark of 17 March 1864, and a handwritten address to Mr. Gouritard at Impasse Mahon, Le Mans (Sarthe).
