Description

Sepia-toned view of the Obelisk of the Concorde in Paris, under a cloudy sky with lampposts in the foreground and a wet surface reflecting the light. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated January 5, 1927, addressed to Anne-Marie, recalling memories of Rome and wishes for happiness for her family. The reverse also bears the inscription 'Published by Éditeurs Y. Cuny, Rue des Petits-Prêcheurs, Paris'.
