View of Place de la Concorde in Paris, with the Obelisk in the center and monumental fountains, dated around 1919. The printed text relates the history of the square, its successive names, and the cities represented by the statues. On the reverse, a handwritten address to 'Madame Breitler, au Val Tige, Vosges' and a 15 centimes stamp from the 1919 World's Fair, canceled in Paris.
