View of the Obelisk of Louqsor at the center of Place de la Concorde in Paris, with a fountain on the right and classical buildings in the background. The reverse bears a handwritten address to Madame Brugnuel in Enviville, a green 10-centime stamp, and a postmark from Paris dated 15 October 1900.
