Description

View of Place de la République in Paris, centered on the Statue of the Republic by Morice, 21m tall and erected in 1883. The publisher 'EID' is visible at the bottom right. On the reverse, the address is directed to M. Legeault, Grocer, in Boisse, and bears a postmark from Chertres dated 13th. A 5c postmark is affixed at the bottom left.
