View of Place Vendôme with the Obelisk in the center, framed by the Hôtel du Rhin and Hôtel Bristol. The reverse features handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Mademoiselle Amélie Barbier' in Dijon, with a 10-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Tartas (TARTS) dated February 16, 1935.
