Description

Aerial view of the Alexandre Bridge in Paris, with the Seine below and urban buildings in the background. The printed text indicates the laying of the first stone in 1896 by Tsar Nicholas II and the completion in 1900 by Messrs. Resal and Alby. On the reverse, a handwritten address to Madame and Monsieur Hérard in Blançais, with a green 5-centime stamp and a postmark from Dresden dated May 13, 1913.
