Aerial view of the Alexandre Bridge in Paris, with the Seine below and statues adorning the pillars. Printed text indicates the first stone laid in 1896 by Tsar Nicholas II and the completion in 1900 by architects Resal and Alby. Reverse: handwritten address to Mr. Fossier in Verdun (Meuse), with a 10-centime French postage stamp and a Meuse postmark.
