View of the triumphal arch of the Porte Saint-Martin in Paris, published in 194. The printed text indicates that it was erected in 1674 by Pierre Bullet to commemorate the conquest of Franche-Comté by Louis XIV. Reverse: 15-centime postage stamp of the French Republic, postmark of Paris dated 21 May 1934, address to Gerard in Besançon, and mention of publisher L. Boisson.
