View of the façade of Galeries Lafayette in Paris, with a sign proclaiming 'CHAPEAUX FLEURS PLUMES' and 'ACTUELLEMENT SOLDÉS'. The reverse bears a handwritten correspondence dated August 11, 1915, addressed to Mr. Bontonnette in Basel, and a French postage stamp with a cancellation mark.
