Description

Paris postcard with the word 'SALUT' formed by letters containing illustrations of Parisian monuments such as the Cathedral of Notre-Dame, the Eiffel Tower, and the July Column. In the lower right, an ornate cartouche displays 'DE PARIS'. The reverse indicates the publisher 'E. L., publisher, Paris' and a handwritten correspondence addressed to Louis Raveneau in Chablis, Yonne, with a green stamp and a cancellation from Chalons-sur-Marne.
