Equestrian statue of Henri IV at the center of the Pont-Neuf in Paris, with a bas-relief on the pedestal and a railing in the foreground. Reverse: handwritten address to Madame Migeot in Clermont-Ferrand (Puy-de-Dôme), blue 5-centime postage stamp, and a cancellation stamp from Clermont-Ferrand.
