Description

Interior view of the chapel and tomb of Emperor Napoleon I in the Invalides in Paris, with columns, stairs, and frescoes. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated February 26, 1948, addressed to a recipient in Pont-à-Mousson, with the sender's address in Saint-Pierre-des-Bois. Two green 5-centime stamps of the French Republic are affixed at the lower right.
