Interior view of a richly decorated room in the castle of Pau, with a large carved fireplace mantel, a suspended chandelier, and painted wall décor. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated 1 September 1909, addressed to Maurice Gervais in Bordeaux, with a signature and a note 'Souvenir de Pau'.
