View of the House of the Consuls in Périgueux, a historic building with tiled roofs and ornate balconies, located on Rue des 4-Chemin. The reverse bears a handwritten letter addressed to 'Monsieur Jean Gallo' in Périgueux, with a 15-centime postage stamp and a postmark of June 17, 1931.
