Carnival parade in Dailly with a giant mascot in clown costume, pulled by horses, in front of urban buildings. Printed text at the top: 'CARNIVAL DAILLY' and 'S.M. Carnival (Dailly)'. Reverse: handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Monsieur Paer Labasson, 32 Quai du Port, Garnichy', with signature 'Joseph' and a green 5 centime postage stamp with cancellation.
