Dramatic view of Le Tréport jetty under a stormy sky, with crashing waves hitting the retaining wall and a lighthouse visible in the background. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Laure in Paris, accompanied by a 10-centime green stamp and a circular cancellation marked 'OS MERS' dated August 23, 1923.
