View of the Saint-Joseph Chapel perched on a rocky promontory in Plombières, with a statue of the Virgin at the top. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated Tuesday, October 24, 1905, addressed to 'Mademoiselle de la Vernette' in Plombières, mentioning a departure for Fougerolles. The 10-centime stamp is postmarked in Fougerolles on October 24, 1905.
