View of the Prefecture of Poitiers, an imposing building with slate roofs and classical façade, framed by a gate and a lamppost in the foreground. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Miss Rachel Boissinot at her parents' home in Noueil-sous-le-Tubieux, with a stamp and Poitiers postmark dated May 15, 1906.
