View of the Town Hall in Poitiers, an imposing building with its central tower and arcades, in the middle of a lively square with pedestrians and horse-drawn carriages. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Christine Béronnarde in Chamilly, with a green 1907 stamp and a Poitiers cancellation dated 30 June 1907.
