View of the suspension bridge in Avignon, built in 1842 to replace the wooden bridge of 1809, with stone arches and a metal walkway. The reverse indicates the publisher F. Beau, Avignon, and handwritten correspondence addressed to Bonneville, for the attention of Mme G. Goffard, with a green 5-centime stamp and a Vaucluse cancellation of October 8, 1908.
