Panoramic view of a suspension bridge crossing a deep canyon in the Alps, with a river below. The reverse has handwritten text dated February 23, 1919, addressed to 'Reims à Dirouache', mentioning a trip to Beaume and observations on local conditions. The postmark and cancellation are visible at the bottom right.
