Black and white view of an arch of the Pont du Gard, a Roman stone monument, with a river landscape in the background. The reverse side features handwritten correspondence dated 28/10/1909, addressed to 'Dear Louisine', and a postmark from the 'Compagnie Française de Télégraphes et de Postes' with cancellation.
