View of the Towers of Fécamp, ancient fortifications, with a paved street and a stone wall. Printed text mentions a hunting meeting of King Philip IV, the Fair. Reverse: 5-centime postage stamp, obliteration mark from Lejeum (Seine-Maritime) dated September 8, 1904, handwritten address to Mme Adam in Lejeum.
