View of the monument of Fort du Mont-Valérien, surrounded by bare trees, with a female statue on a pedestal and cast shells at its feet. The reverse side bears an address to Madame Béryl R. Petit in Elbeuf, a 20-centime French postage stamp, and a cancellation from Suresnes dated July 24, 1916.
