View of the Hotel of the Prefecture in Aurillac, a classical building with the inscription 'LIBERTÉ ÉGALITÉ FRATERNITÉ RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE' on the pediment. Two men stand in front of the metal gate. Reverse: handwritten address to Monsieur Camille Gardy in Poligny, Jura, with a green 3-centime stamp and a postal cancellation from Poligny (Puy-de-Dôme) dated May 30, 1903.
