View of the Guéret prefecture, an imposing stone building with slate roofs and shuttered windows, surrounded by a garden and an ornate fence. The back features a handwritten address for Mr. Magnini in Clermont-Ferrand, a 10-centime postage stamp, and a circular cancellation from Clermont-Ferrand dated February 28, 1925.
