View of the Prefecture of Quimper, an imposing neo-Gothic building with turrets and slate roofs, designed by architects M.M. Vally, father and son. On the reverse, a handwritten address to Madame Coëpin in Marseille, dated December 23, 1913, with a 5-centime postage stamp and a cancellation mark from Wistép.
