Black and white view of the inner courtyard of the prefecture of the Deux-Sèvres in Niort, with its symmetrical buildings, metal gate, and paved floor. On the reverse, a postcard dated June 12, 1924, sent from Niort (Deux-Sèvres) to Madame Léonie Thomas in La Rochelle, with a 5-cent postage stamp and a circular cancellation.
