View of the Prefecture of Lyon, an imposing neo-Renaissance building with dormer roof and ornate façade, surrounded by a garden and a square with a few pedestrians. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated December 31, 1919, addressed to Augustin de Sathonay, mentioning the kindness of the letter and difficult times.
